E-Commerce Fulfillment and Customer Service Associate (San Diego, CA)

We're hiring a Fulfillment & CX Associate

Responsibilities — Looking for assistance with the following tasks, including but not limited to:

  • E-commerce online order fulfillment
  • Packaging product for order fulfillment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Online and phone customer service
  • Quality control incoming products
  • Aide in cleaning and organizing back stock area

Skills and Qualities We are looking for an individual who has the following skills and qualities:

  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self sufficient
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Fast paced and efficient
  • Quick learner
  • Works well both alone and in a team environment
  • Takes direction well
  • Shopify experience encouraged by not required
  • Gorgias and/or Loop experience is a plus
