All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery. Don't worry, Holiday exception are made during major gifting seasons! Returned jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition, inside original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange. Imperfect jewelry is subject to a small repair fee if received broken due to improper return packaging.

A prepaid return label will be emailed to you upon approval of your request from our return portal. You will be reimbursed for the total amount less the cost of shipping and restocking.

*Customized and engraved jewelry are not eligible for refund.

We offer one free exchange on any online order. If multiple requests are submitted on a single order, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.
