Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of package delivery. Don't worry, holiday exception are made during gifting seasons! Returned jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition, inside original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange. Imperfect jewelry is subject to a repair fee if received broken due to improper return packaging.

US returns: A prepaid label will be emailed to you upon approval of your request. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total. We offer one free exchange on US orders. If multiple requests are submitted on a single order, THATCH is not responsible for the additional shipping cost.

International returns: At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels on every international order. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any questions.

Customized and engraved jewelry are not eligible for refund.
