All returns must be submitted within 14 days upon receipt, in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customized and discounted jewelry is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please include your name and order number inside your return package along with your reason for return or any special comments or instructions.
