PLEASE NOTE: THATCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THAT DO NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT.

Returns x Exchanges can be processed through our RETURNS PORTAL
All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded. CUSTOMIZED and jewelry from our SALE COLLECTION are not eligible for refund or exchange.
