All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery. Holiday exception are made during major gifting seasons. Returned jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition inside original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange.
A prepaid return label will be emailed to you after submitting your request in our portal and you will be reimbursed for the total amount less the cost of shipping and restocking.
Customized and engraved jewelry are not eligible for refund.
