All return requests should be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Returned jewelry must be in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded. CUSTOMIZED pieces and SALE COLLECTION items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
