We carefully package your jewelry to ensure safe delivery. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll help you report the claim with UPS and fix the damaged product.

All returns must be submitted within 10 days upon receipt, in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Customized jewelry is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Take Care

Your jewelry was crafted by artisans in Southern California using sterling silver, 14k gold vermeil, rhodium and precious stones.

We suggest removing jewelry before swimming, showering, and exercise as soft metals can tarnish w. constant wear. Your jewelry can be polished w. a soft cloth and for a deep cleaning, use Hagerty Silversmiths Wash.
