THATCH is dedicated to making sure your order is processed, shipped and received quickly and efficiently.
PROCESSING TIMES
All jewelry is hand finished and shipped from our San Diego Studio. Please allow up to 5 business days to process in stock orders, and 3–5 weeks for pre-orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
US orders under $200 default to a $12 flat rate Ground speed shipping charge. Orders over $200 automatically receive Free Ground speed shipping.
After your order has been processed, Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1–5 business days for delivery.
Packages shipping to West Coast locations (such as California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington) generally arrive within 1–3 business days—with Southern California destinations being 1–2 days, and Northern California and above being 2–3 days.
Deliveries to Central and Midwest regions usually take around 3–4 business days, while East Coast destinations (like New York, Florida, and surrounding states) may take up to 5 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather conditions, and other unforeseen delays.
If you select expedited shipping (Two Day or Next Day), the specified shipping speed begins once the package is picked up by the carrier. Weekends are omitted from travel times. E.g. A Package shipped on Friday via Next Day will be delivered on Monday.
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
LOST PACKAGE
If you received a delivery notice but can't find your package, please enter your tracking number into the carrier's direct tracking page (Ex. ups.com), as they will have the most up-to-date-info and will sometimes include a photo of the location where your package was left. If no photo is included on your tracking page, please check around the perimeter of the delivery address as well as with neighbors. You can also contact the carrier for more information.
If you added insurance at checkout, your package is automatically protected. A replacement order will be issued within one business day after your claim is submitted. If you opted out of insurance, your claim will be reviewed, and a replacement will be issued upon completion of the investigation.
Please reach out to our Customer Support Team once you know your package is irretrievable and we will file a claim on your behalf. You have the option to receive a replacement order, or a refund (less shipping) to your original form of payment.
Please Note: We do our very best to handle lost package claims as quickly as we can, but there is no immediate solution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping fees are generated at checkout and are determined by the carrier based on the delivery location. Duties and taxes may be incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for upon delivery. THATCH does not have control over these fees, as they and are issued and vary by country of import. Depending on the carrier and speed chosen at checkout, these fees may be added to your order at the time of checkout, but will not be refunded if a return or exchange has been initiated.
