Postcard from Portugal

A little note from Lisbon to Sesimbra, where our jewelry came along for the journey.

We kicked off the trip wandering the streets of Lisbon lined with azulejos. No two of the intricate tiles looked the same. Lisbon was bursting with color, especially around the Alfama District. Bad Bunny lit our soul on fire at the Estádio da Luz and inspired us in ways we never imagined.

Next we headed to the town of Sesimbra, a charming fishing village, located on the cliffs of the Arrabida Natural Park. After a lunch of locally caught fish, we explored the caves of the coastline in kayaks and enjoyed a swim in the tranquil waters of the Praia do Ribeiro do Cavalo.

We fell in love with the wine, the food and the people of Portugal. The trip was one more little reminder that, yes, life is good.
